If you wish to return or exchange an item you bought from us for reasons other than a defect, please do so within seven days of its arrival. Please do not return any item without contacting us by email or telephone first. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on returns, but may waive it depending on the situation.
If you feel the item is defective or has suffered a split seam or similar problem within the first thirty days of use, you may return it for exchange, repair, or refund. You must contact us first for advice; often it is extremely inexpensive to repair the item locally and send us a copy of the bill, so we may reimburse you. Whether you wish to return, exchange, or repair your defective item, you must contact us first by email or telephone. You may use the comments page of this website or the email address and phone number printed at the bottom of your paper invoice. (If you believe your item exhibits a defect that did not appear within the first thirty days, please contact us; we can usually work things out.)
We will issue no refunds or exchanges until we have received the item you are returning and have inspected it. All refunds will be issued to the PayPal account you originally used to pay for your purchase. (If you paid via another instrument, this provision does not apply.)
Resellers: your customers must return defective products within the time frames specified above for us to replace them to you, and defective items must be returned to us to qualify for refund.
We do not accept returns on T-shirts, since they are made to order. Please be certain of your size.
