And on Flying Pigeon LA's blog, we puzzle over The Good, the Bad, and the Clueless of LADOT's implementation of yet another "test" of the well-proven cycletrack concept—and on the part of Los Angeles street that sees less bike traffic than the portion studiously ignored a few blocks farther on.
