This week on Orange 20's blog I talk about the beginnings of change in LA's administration and how we need to let go of our longstanding (thanks to earlier administrations) outsider habits and learn how to take advantage of the city's nascent and still fragile openness: Inside Outside.And Flying Pigeon LA sees me spouting off about Beverly Hills and how it is poised to pass up A Golden Opportunity to boost business and give itself a real town square with a little bit of bike love.
